Ohaneze Ndigbo

The maiden edition of NzukoUdaOgene has come and gone | MORE HAPPENING

Yes! The maiden edition of NzukoUdaOgene has come and gone but the impact will stay with us for a long time.It was insightful, impactful and fun-packed.

The event started out with the red carpet session. The guests had their moments on the red carpet and expressed their excitement to be a part of the event.

The Convener Mrs May Morris-Kawel in her welcome speech was quite strong on the need for Ndigbo to invest in the development of Igbo land. The focus was on moving Igboland forward.

The different speakers at the event passionately reiterated the need for this development and what it will take to achieve it.

Salient points were raised starting from the Convener, May Morris-Kawel in her opening address to the executive producer UdaOgene TV Show, Mr Morris Kawel, down to the three panelist; Mr Buffy Okeke-Ojiudu, Dr May Ikeora and Chief Goddy Uwazurike and and it therefore became glaring that Ndigbo first need to organize internally in order to be taken seriously by others.

Even though the topics were serious in nature, the event was still fun-filled with different performances by various artistes like Clay, Uzio and Kene.
The Facebook fan group Clan UdaOgene was also unveiled and the admins were announced.

The Hang Out with Uchanma which followed immediately after the panel session made the fans and guests so happy as there were more than enough gift packages to go round. The hang out session also featured different games, dancing time with lots to eat and drink.

We are hoping that the 2nd Edition which will be coming up sometime in September 2018 will be better than this.
