This article contains spoilers for season 8, episode 2 of Game of Thrones.Maisie Williams has responded to all those people who felt “uncomfortable” after watching Arya Stark’s big scene in the latest episode of Game of Thrones. HBO In the episode ‘A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms’, Arya and Gendry have sex, with her stating that she wanted to feel what it was like at least one time before the big battle.For whatever reason, some people didn’t like the scene. Maybe they still see Arya as young, or see Gendry as more of a brother figure, or that getting laid the night before war isn’t a good use of your time. It doesn’t matter though, because no-one could have found it more difficult to watch than Maisie, who tweeted: “if u feel uncomfortable just know that my mother and my step dad and my 2 sisters and my 4 brothers have all probably watched this too ahahakillmeehehe.” The actress recently said that her first thought on reading the scene was that it was a prank, stating: “I was like, ‘Yo, good one’.
